I will always remember my grandfather, sitting in his club chair by the fire. The chair was damaged, worn, but a whole story was written on it, engraved in its leather. This armchair was a unique piece and was an integral part of the family living room. The day my grandfather passed this chair on to me, it had a real soul, parting with it was impossible. It is thanks to the know-how acquired in the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, with renowned cabinetmakers-upholsterers, that I was able to restore it in the traditional way in basane leather to keep its authenticity, and rediscover all the warmth it released.

Maintaining this know-how and offering customers the possibility of obtaining furniture that will transcend generations was my priority. I wanted to make the armchair a real heritage of a quality past and mix it with timeless modernity. This is why the tailor-made design of quality club chairs has become my specialty.
